We don’t work directly with insurance, but we’re happy to provide a superbill that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential out-of-network reimbursement. This allows us to offer more personalized, flexible care without the constraints that often come with insurance-based models.

Our practitioners make thoughtful, educated recommendations based on your specific case, and we’ll guide you toward doctors who we believe will be the best fit for your needs. That said, we strongly believe in patient education and choice - so ultimately, the decision of which doctor to work with is completely yours. If they’re on our website, we endorse them as excellent providers!

We never refer to IVF or any artificial reproductive technologies. Our approach is centered on restoring the body’s natural ability to conceive, which we believe is often overlooked in more conventional fertility paths. We focus on identifying and addressing the root causes of infertility, rather than bypassing them. We also believe it can carry overlooked risks for both women and children. For those interested, below are just a few peer-reviewed research highlighting some of these concerns:

That’s a beautiful question - and one we approach with both hope and humility. While we focus on supporting and restoring the body’s natural ability to conceive, we also recognize that children are ultimately a gift, not something we can guarantee. On average, our clients who do conceive naturally tend to do so around the 8-10 month mark, though some see results sooner and others take longer. Unfortunately, some also never conceive. We encourage couples not to hold too tightly to exact timelines, but instead to focus on making meaningful improvements in their health each day. Our goal is to walk with you faithfully and support your body and health every step of the way.

Our approach, the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System, is rooted in Catholic teaching, which means we don’t use or recommend birth control or IVF. That said, you do not need to be of any particular faith to benefit from this method. In fact, many of our clients come from a wide variety of backgrounds.
One of the unique strengths of this model is that, because those options [birth control + IVF] are off the table, our practitioners and doctors are deeply committed to investigating and addressing the root causes of reproductive issues - often with a level of thoroughness and persistence that’s hard to find elsewhere. -
We’ve worked with a wide range of fertility challenges here at our center. These include PCOS, thyroid disorders, diabetes, advanced maternal age, recurrent pregnancy loss, low AMH, pituitary tumors, adenomyosis & endometriosis, blocked or missing tubes or ovaries, male factor infertility including low sperm count or motility, endometritis, and even complex cases like conception after cancer treatment.
While every situation is unique, chances are we’ve walked this road with someone facing something similar. That said, we’re committed to honesty. You’ll always receive clear, realistic feedback on your situation and how we may be able to help. We don’t offer false hope, but we do offer compassionate, thorough care grounded in truth.

That’s a really fair question! We want to start by saying that any time you’ve spent learning about your body is valuable. Nothing you’ve learned is wasted. Our practitioners have trained in multiple methods and see value in them all.
The reason we encourage learning The FertilityCare™ System is because of how much clarity and confidence it gives. Many women and couples come to us already trained in other approaches, and they’re often surprised by how much more concrete and informative this style of charting is. It tends to remove a lot of the guesswork and replaces it with clear, observable data you can actually track over time.
One thing women often appreciate is that our method doesn’t rely on devices. There are other complementary methods that many women enjoy which use temperature monitors, urine test strips, or other tools - and those can absolutely be helpful! Technology has a place in the world of fertility. What we’ve found, though, is that it’s easy to become dependent on the tools themselves rather than truly learning the language of your own body. With FertilityCare™ charting, you build a deep, intuitive understanding of what your body is doing and why. Many women tell us it helps them trust their observations and their intuition again.
That deeper understanding also gives women something measurable they can monitor for improvement or change, which can be incredibly empowering during a fertility journey. You see how treatments shift your cycle and your health in real time!
There’s also a practical reason: the NaPro physicians we work with rely on this specific style of charting. They’ve found that charts from this method are more precise and consistent, which allows them to order more targeted testing and make clearer clinical decisions. That precision often leads to better outcomes and far less trial-and-error.
So while other methods can offer helpful insights, this one really shines in how much actionable health information it provides and how confidently it supports both you and your medical team.

We sure do! Most parishes/dioceses with which we’ve worked require, at minimum, an introductory session to a method of natural family planning (NFP). Our Creighton Model FertilityCare™ Introductory Session accomplishes this.
Together with your fiancé, go ahead and book an Introductory Session. After the completion of that session, a certificate will be emailed to you. Please note, it is essential that both of you attend the session to fulfill the requirement. Your certificate will only state the names of those who actually attended.
You can choose to continue on with additional followups after the Intro Session, but that is usually not required by the parish/diocese. It is your responsibility to know if the parish/diocese in which you will be married requires a certain number of followup classes in addition to the introductory session. -
