Step 1: Know your body - chart your cycles
Start to understand your body by charting your cycles one-on-one with a FertilityCare Practitioner. You can start to see signs that lead to answers and healing! Learning the Creighton Model FertilityCare System (CrMS) begins with an Introductory Session that explains the scientific foundations, methodology, and how to track your cycles with the CrMS. This continues with a series of essential, individualized follow-up teaching appointments. At each individual follow-up, the FertilityCare Practitioner tailors the system to each client's specific needs.
Step 2: Get authentic women's healthcare -
Collaborate with a NaProTechnology Healthcare provider
NaProTechnology® stands for Natural Procreative Technology. It is restorative reproductive medicine that works cooperatively with a woman’s cycle to evaluate, diagnose, and treat gynecologic problems. It also offers an alternative approach to traditional infertility treatments that is rooted in scientific research as well as respect for a woman's natural cycle. Couples can access this healthcare through their FertilityCare™ System chart. In fact, the chart is the launching point for the entire evaluation process and serves as the primary diagnostic tool.
Women and couples can be assured that when they pursue a NaPro evaluation they will not be in the dark or offered Band-Aid solutions to cover up problems. They will be an integral part of their own in-depth evaluation.
After the couple has charted for two months, a referral can be made to the NaProTechnology® medical consultant for evaluation. There is no need to find a fertility clinic near you! Our NaPro trained medical consultants are board-certified physicians that have completed additional training in specific NaPro treatment protocols and offer a less invasive approach while still utilizing modern medicine. The couple’s chart will become the first tool in diagnosis and treatment. It allows the medical consultant to suggest diet changes as well as order tests, prescribe medications, and even schedule surgeries at a time that works cooperatively with the woman’s menstrual cycle. The goal is not to override biology, but rather to restore health.
Does this really work? Yes! Even couples who come to NaProTechnology with a previous diagnosis of unexplained infertility can have success in achieving pregnancy.
